Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Pan-India to all serviceable pincodes. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Metros (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days.
Tier-2 cities and most other pincodes: 4–7 business days.
Remote and North-East pincodes: 7–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹79 charge applies.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 applies.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email + WhatsApp with the tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also check status in your account at any time.
Exchanges & damaged items
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. We offer a 7-day exchange for items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. See our full Exchange & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
WhatsApp us at +91 87967 61855 within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We arrange a free reverse pickup and ship a replacement at no cost. If we cannot replace it, we offer store credit (with a 10% bonus) or a full refund.
What if I don't like the item I received?
Unfortunately we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. We keep our prices low by avoiding the high cost of return logistics on used or undamaged items. To help you decide, we publish honest product photos, dimensions and materials on every product page — and you can always WhatsApp us for live styling advice before you order.
How long do refunds take (when applicable)?
For damage-related refunds: once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days. The bank or COD voucher then takes another 2–7 business days depending on your payment method.
Products & quality
Are your products original?
Yes — sourced directly from vetted suppliers and brand partners. No fakes, ever.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Product photos are colour-accurate but screen calibrations differ. Natural materials like jute, wood, marble and ceramic also have inherent variations — that's part of their charm. If a piece looks significantly off, please contact us with a photo and we will treat it as a damage exchange.
Do you offer warranty?
Electrical items (lamps, projectors) carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Non-electrical items are covered by our 7-day damage exchange from the date of delivery.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (all apps), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, Wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, Amazon Pay), EMI, and Cash on Delivery.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your card details.
Account
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No, guest checkout is supported. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster next time.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password” on the login page. You'll get a reset link within 2–3 minutes.
