No Returns — Exchange Only (within 7 days) for Damage
We keep things simple and honest: we do not accept returns for change of mind. We do offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery, but only on items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong.
This policy lets us keep our prices low and our packaging clean, while still protecting you from any product that shows up not in perfect condition.
When you qualify for an exchange
- Item arrived damaged in transit (cracks, dents, broken parts)
- Item is defective (does not function as described)
- You received the wrong product or wrong quantity
- Manufacturing defect that affects use or appearance
When you do NOT qualify
- Change of mind, no-longer-needed, or wrong-size guesses
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, misuse, wash-related, etc.)
- Used items, items missing original packaging or tags
- Items reported after the 7-day window
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Personalised or made-to-order products
How to raise an exchange request
- Report within 48 hours of delivery (sooner is better) on WhatsApp at +91 87967 61855 or by email at trendmarket@trendstorenest.in.
- Send your order number and clear photos / a short video showing the damage or defect. Photos of the outer box, the inner packaging, and the item itself help us resolve fastest.
- We reply within 24 hours with a free reverse-pickup confirmation.
- Pack the item back into its original packaging with all tags. Our courier picks it up in 2–5 business days.
- Once we inspect the returned item, we ship the replacement free of charge, typically within 3–5 business days of receipt.
If a replacement is unavailable
If the same item is out of stock or no longer in our catalogue, you can choose:
- An alternate item of equal value (we'll wave any small balance ≤ ₹100)
- Store credit valid for 12 months (10% bonus added)
- Full refund to the original payment method — 3–7 business days for UPI/Card/Net Banking, 5–10 business days for COD (bank transfer)
Shipping cost
Trend Store Nest covers all shipping costs for damage and defect exchanges — both pickup and re-delivery. You pay nothing.
Important things to know
- Please open and inspect your package on the same day you receive it. Damage claims after 48 hours are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If you can, record an unboxing video — it is the single best proof for damage claims.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are limited to one per order unless the replacement also arrives damaged.
