Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery timelines

Metro Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune 3–5 business days
Tier 2 Other major cities 4–7 business days
Remote North-East, J&K, Andaman, remote pincodes 7–10 business days

Shipping fees

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹79 shipping charge
  • Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹49 COD handling fee

Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive an email and SMS (and WhatsApp, when available) with your tracking link as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. You can also check order status in your account.

Failed delivery

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail (e.g., wrong address, no one to receive), the package is returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or refund.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, refuse acceptance from the courier if possible and contact us immediately. If already accepted, photograph the damaged package and item, then email us within 48 hours.
