Free shipping — always

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum amount. Whether you order a single coaster set or a complete room refresh, you pay zero shipping.

Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not currently available.

How long delivery takes

Standard delivery is 8–15 business days from order confirmation. Some remote, hilly, or North-East pincodes may take a few days longer. We never promise faster delivery than we can reliably keep — this way you don't end up disappointed.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also see live status in your account at any time.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000, through our payment partner Razorpay. A small ₹49 COD handling fee applies and will appear at checkout. We may verify large COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Order processing

Orders received before 2 PM IST on business days are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days. Then the 8–15 day transit window starts.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address, pincode, and phone number at checkout. Incorrect addresses are the #1 cause of failed deliveries. If your courier cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the parcel returns to us and we may need to charge a reattempt fee.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, please see our Exchange & Refund Policy. Report within 48 hours with clear photos for a free replacement.
